To develop, direct and control R&D activities of the company to ensure products and techniques achieve business needs within standards set by the market and regulatory bodies. To implement the company’s R&D strategy by managing research activities to solve problems, and improve, or generate new, products, components, equipment, systems and processes.
What are my responsibilities?According to the market, drive the development of technologies within cost control. Priority areas in circuit breakers, MV switch gear and related equipment.根据市场及客户对产品的需求，在成本控制范围内推动研发项目前沿技术的发展。重点领域包括集成断路器、中压开关设备装置及相关配套装置。According to the strategy development, lead technology department to develop new projects, coordinate resources of R&D team, and control the budget and process of R&D team.根据公司业务战略需求，负责研发部门整体研发项目的立项及技术开发，协调研发团队内/外各项资源，并对研究小组及项目有全面的预算和进度控制负责。Make timely decision, take responsibilities, control the implementation of the R&D projects according to the company strategic plan or product roadmap.根据公司战略计划或产品蓝图，及时做出决策，承担责任，控制研发项目的实施。Manage the day-to-day activities in R&D, Lab, DTC and Product Care team, including the activities of devising research methods, setting-up laboratory test equipment, building models and prototypes, design-to-cost, preparing technical specifications and provide product related solutions, etc.管理研发、实验室、DTC和产品维护团队的日常活动，包括设计研究方法、建立实验室测试设备、建立模型和样品、设计成本、技术规范和提供产品相关的解决方案等。Cooperate with SIEMENS R&D center; provide the support for R&D technical transformation to improve our products competitiveness in the marketing.与西门子德国研发中心合作，为R&D研发结果转让提供支持，以提高产品竞争力，并适合公司业务战略发展和市场需求。Support R&D achievements’ application for patent and used.支持公司各项研发成果、专利的申请，以及研发成果的转化应用。Understand the industry’s development; make sure our products have a competitive edge in the market.了解行业发展前景，确保公司产品性能在市场中的竞争优势。Lead the innovation and change, develop team and team member’s capabilities.引领变革和创新计划，管理团队发展及团队成员的能力发展。Make sure R&D technical transformations which are compliant with local laws and regulations.确保实施的研发项目、技术结果转化符合当地法律法规要求。Perform other GMO assigned tasks / responsibilities.执行其他公司管理蹭委派的工作或任务。


What do I need to qualify for this job?
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrical or automation or related 本科或以上学历，电气或自动化相关专业10 years’ research and management experiences in electrical or mechanical products, with circuit breakers, MV switch gear is plus. 10年以上电气、机械相关产品研发及管理工作经验，有开关柜、断路器行业及跨国公司工作经验优先考虑5 years’ team management experiences (at least 30 members) 5年以上团队管理经验和多文化团队合作经验（至少有30个团队成员）Excellent capability in research project management and execution. 优秀的研发项目管理和执行能力Strong ability in leadership, teamwork, coordination and innovation 较强的领导力、团队合作能力、跨部门沟通协调能力以及变革能力；Excellent English skills 极佳的英文沟通和写作能力Good self-motivation 良好的自我激励和沟通能力
